Abi King is a yoga teacher who shares her passion and knowledge with her students, so they can safely practice and build on their strengths – while celebrating their own unique grace.
A great believer in ‘start where you are – and do what you can’, Abi has immersed herself in a variety of yoga practices and styles.
Her studies, combined with her own deepening practice, ignited a desire to take a new approach to sequencing her yoga flows. Blending Rocket, Mandala, Tripsichore, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga she embarked on a mission to inspire others how to flow with ease and grace. Sharing her own uniquely playful approach to discovering the ‘what, how and why’ of yoga asanas.
Today her highly creative sequences combine flowing movement and breathwork with deep posture holds that empower students to nurture their yoga practice both on and off the mat.
Featuring precise alignment cues and instruction, each class is carefully structured to leave you feeling energised, motivated, and excited as you discover more your individual talents and boundaries.
Abi’s exploration of physical and mental wellbeing led her to becoming a certified Pilates and Body Balance instructor before embarking on a journey of self-discovery following a Vinyasa Flow Yoga teacher training course. Building on her deep understanding of anatomy and the mechanics of movement she continues to extend her teaching practice, working with master yoga teachers and mentors around the globe.
